Founded 20 years ago by Bill Davis, Above The Rest Building Services has not only built a successful business but has als disrupted the industry by pushing the boundaries to create a safer, fairer, and more rewarding environment for window cleaners. With firsthand experience in the trade, Bill—who worked as a window cleaner before starting the company—has always been driven to improve working conditions for technicians. By offering competitive pay, comprehensive healthcare, and investing in safety training while also providing in house on the job training for all employees, Bill has continually raised the bar, ensuring that the well-being of our team remains a top priority.

Now, by joining forces with Local 32BJ, the largest union of property service workers in the U.S., we are aligning our mission with theirs. Local 32BJ represents over 175,000 workers who share our commitment to fostering a just and supportive environment for all workers.
