Founded in 2005, Above the Rest Building Services started as a small startup with a big vision. William Davis grew up in the high-rise window washing industry, working for various companies in the Boston market. Through this experience, he became an expert in façade access solutions and building maintenance, realizing there was a need for a professional organization that could safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively maintain properties.

Meanwhile, Allison Reardon (now Allison Davis) was attending business school, where she learned to manage all aspects of a business. Together, Bill and Allison launched Above the Rest Building Services. Since then, they have consistently doubled their revenues year over year while retaining 90% of their customers, thanks to exceptional service and a commitment to quality. As the business has grown, so has their team.
